4.2. Data processed in connection with making purchases in an online shop on the Website, available at https://hotelnatura.bg/.

4.3. Information from account login logs, from server logs, and from security device logs and other devices that fall into this category: date and time, IP address, URL, browser and device information.

• information about your personal data being processed and access to the personal data collected for you;
• correction/completion if the data is inaccurate/incomplete – on your initiative or on the initiative of the Hotel;
• deletion of personal data, if there are legal grounds for this;

We store all the information we have collected about you and destroy it within the statutory time limits, and if there are none within the time limits set by us (30 days in the case of video surveillance) and after final settlement of all our financial relations. We do not keep your data indefinitely. 

“IZTOCHNOEVROPEISKI STROITELEN HOLDING” Ltd is responsible for the protection of the client’s personal data, which became known to us in connection with the implementation of our activities as an employer and hotelier, when providing the tourist services offered by us, specified in the subject of the General Terms and Conditions and this Policy, except in cases of force majeure, accidental event or malicious actions of third parties, as well as in cases where the customer himself has made this information available to third parties.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

The common areas of the “Natura All Seasons Boutique Hotel”, Burgas, are subject to 24/7 video surveillance, which is carried out through stationary security cameras located in the relevant places. Video surveillance is carried out in order to protect, exercise or preserve the legal rights, integrity, safety or property of the administrator, its employees and/or contractors, as well as to ensure the safety, integrity and security of hotel guests and members of the public. 

Recordings are stored on video servers for a period of 30 days, except in the case of a registered violation of the rights of the administrator, tourists or third parties, in which case the recording retention period may be extended according to the hotel’s policy.
